PROCESSING TIME

From the time an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for me to process the order and prepare it for printing. I partner with a fine art printer based in San Francisco, CA and photos are printed on a per order basis.

PRINTING AND SHIPPING TIMES

• Photo Prints: Standard photo prints are typically ready for shipment within 7-10 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that these times may vary depending on the current volume of orders.

• Metal Prints: If you have ordered metal prints, please anticipate a longer processing time. These prints require additional production steps, and therefore, they are typically ready for shipment between 2-3 weeks after the order has been processed.

• Framed Prints: For framed prints, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping. The framing process involves careful selection and preparation to ensure the highest quality presentation of my work.

REVIEW, SIGNATURE, PACKAGING, SHIPPING

I take pride in the attention to detail and personal touch I give to each print. Before shipping to you, all prints are thoroughly reviewed by myself to ensure they meet my standards of excellence. Each print is then signed by myself as a mark of authenticity and quality. I carefully package the prints to protect them during transit, using appropriate materials to safeguard against damage.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been prepared and packaged, I will ship it to the address provided during checkout. The actual delivery time will depend on the destination of the package.

ORDER TRACKING

For your convenience, I provide order tracking information once the package has been shipped. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please keep in mind that the estimated processing and shipping times mentioned above are general guidelines. Factors such as order volume, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect these timeframes.
