KGR

I’m Kyle, a landscape photographer based in Lake Tahoe, California.

I was born and raised in Lake Tahoe, and it’s where I fell in love with photography. The mountains and forests around my town have been a constant source of inspiration for my work. Growing up in a small mountain town has its benefits. I was lucky enough to learn how to mountain bike, ski, and backpack at a young age; and the summers were always a time to explore the mountains with my friends. Outside of my corporate position, I still get to spend most of my free time exploring the region. Tahoe has one of the most diverse landscapes in the country, and I feel grateful to have grown up here to experience it all.

I strive to capture the natural beauty that surrounds us. I am drawn to photograph iconic landscapes that are often associated with the American West. Whether it's the grandeur of Yosemite Valley or the serenity of Lake Tahoe, my hope is to capture images that will inspire people to appreciate and care for our environment.
