RETURN POLICY

I strive to provide you with the highest quality prints and ensure your satisfaction. Due to the nature of my products and the printing process, all sales at this time are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRINTS

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. To expedite the process, please provide us with clear photographs of the damaged or defective print, along with a description of the issue. We will review your claim and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund at my discretion.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective items, and only if authorized by the photographer. Please contact us before returning any items to obtain a return authorization. Any returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed upon by the photographer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the item is properly packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for different prints or products. If you received a damaged or defective item and it is eligible for a replacement, we will send you the same item as a replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances may change, but once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

I take great care in reviewing and preparing each print to ensure the highest quality. However, please note that slight variations in colors or appearance may occur due to differences in individual computer monitors or the printing process. Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
